Regional Coordinators
MEA Regional Grassroots Coordinators are certified MEA
Grassroots Team Leaders who are willing and able to
travel, largely at their own expense, within at least
a 300-mile radius of their homes, in order to recruit
additional MEA Grassroots Activists and Team Leaders,
as well as coordinate grassroots advocacy efforts within
a broader geographical area. MEA will defray any significant
travel costs that are pre-approved by the MEA Executive
Director.
Regional Grassroots Coordinators receive special recognition
on the MEA Website and in MEA publications.
